An eco-village in Zabljak is offered for sale
Eco-village Rudanka is located at an altitude of 1600 m above sea level on the edge of the canyon of the Tara River, in a beautiful environment created by Mount Durmitor and the Sinyaevina mountain range, in close proximity to Lake Zaboi (7 km). Surrounded by an old pine forest and with a view extending over 50 km, it is the ideal place for all lovers of nature, outdoor recreation, as well as sports and recreation (climbing, photo safari, cycling, hiking ...).
Eco-village Rudanka is located on an area of 20,000 m2. 16 houses for rent and a restaurant for food and beverage services are designed, as well as an additional auxiliary facility, which makes a total of 706 m2 of village capacity.
The investor has invested in the construction of a new short road to the very entrance to the Rudanka Eco-Village, which will allow even small cars to easily reach the village. The site has all the necessary connections to water and electricity.
The project provides for the construction of the first row of 8 houses, each of which has an area of 28 m2, and the second row of 8 houses, each with an area of 40 m2. It is also envisaged that all houses will be two-story, each of which has an equipped bathroom.
The total area of the already built first row of the house is 224m2, and the house that will serve as housing for employees and laundry has already been built, with an area of 60m2. A restaurant of 120 m2 plus a gallery of 42 m2 was built, for a total of 162 m2 with a capacity of 70 dining places.
In the second row, foundations have already been laid for another 7 houses with the necessary infrastructure. The total area of the house in Eco Village will be 544 m2.
In addition to all of the above, the area was leveled and an old stone wall was built in two rows. I also want to note that all plumbing, plumbing and electrical materials for the entire project have already been purchased, as well as most of the small inventory for the restaurant.
It is also very important to say that all the structures necessary for the construction of the remaining 7 houses are prepared.
