The hotel consists of two buildings with a total area of 960m2 and has 11 luxury designer apartments with an area of 36m2- 98m2.
The large building consists of a ground floor with a total area of 199m2 (consisting of a reception service, office space with a small apartment, restaurant, kitchen and laundry) and the next three floors with apartments with a total area of 574m2 (3 apartments on the first two floors and 2 apartments on the third floor).
The small building includes four floors - the ground floor and three upper floors. On the ground floor there is a wellness center with an area of 64m2, with an entrance hall.
There is one apartment on each upper floor of a small building. All three apartments have a total area of 207m2, which together with the ground floor gives the total area of a small building - 271m2.
The hotel offers additional services such as:
