Ground floor: 2 rooms + living room, kitchen, two bathrooms and fireplace, total area 120m2.
Second floor: two studio apartments of 30m2 and one studio apartment of 35m2 with a living room, kitchen and bathroom.
On the third and fourth floors there is a two-storey penthouse with a size of 220m2. Two bedrooms and two bathrooms. As part of the penthouse on the fourth floor there is a gated swimming pool, sauna and a balcony with panoramic and wonderful sea views.
