The average electricity bill for households in Moikovets last month was 19.93 euros, while the highest amount consumed was recorded in Ulcinj, where the average October bill is 39.40 euros. In September 2024, households in Montenegro consumed 106,421,463 kWh of electricity, which is 31% less than in August, but 6.42% more than in September 2023, the Electricity Ministry of Montenegro (EPCG) reported.
The company clarified that the average September electricity bill for households in Montenegro (with the exception of uninhabited facilities where readings were not taken) it amounted to 29.32 euros. The average household bill in Moikovets last month was 19.93 euros, and the highest amount was recorded in Ulcinj, where the average October bill reached 39.40 euros.
"67.6% of households will receive a bill of up to 30 euros, 18.4% of consumers from 30 to 50 euros, 11.3% of customers from 50 to 100 euros, and 2.7% of electricity consumers in Montenegro will be billed over 100 euros," the EPCG reported.
The discount was given to 214.031 customers, which is 53.89% of households in Montenegro.
